A store that speaks

Serbian,

end to end.

A speculative concept: what would a Roborock storefront built specifically for the Serbian market look like? RSD pricing, plaćanje na rate through local banks, besplatna isporuka širom Srbije, a two-year warranty and authorised service — the whole experience, from home page to checkout, imagined in Serbian. A self-initiated design study, not a commissioned project.

Let's be clear: this one is make-believe.

Everything on this page is a design exercise. Roborock Srbija is not our client and this store does not exist. We picked a real, well-known brand we admire and asked ourselves a single question — 'if we localized this for the Serbian market end to end, how would it feel?' — then designed the answer. All prices, phone numbers, banks and addresses are invented for the mockup. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roborock.

01 · Why we made it
Roborock

We wanted a brief nobody gave us — so we invented one.

Global smart-home brands almost always reach smaller markets through a patchwork of resellers: English-only spec sheets, prices in euros, no local payment plans, no clear word on warranty or service. We kept imagining the opposite — a storefront that treats Serbia as a first-class market, not an afterthought.

So we set our own brief. Take Roborock, a brand we genuinely admire, and design the Serbian-market experience we wish existed: everything in Srpski, prices in dinars, instalments through banks people actually use, free nationwide delivery and a plainly-stated warranty. It is a concept — a way to show how we localize and think about e-commerce — not a real engagement.

“The fastest way to show how we’d localize a global brand was to just do it — on our own terms, with no client, as a concept.”
— Creative Brackets
02 · What we designed

Three screens, one coherent, fully-localized concept.

01
Storefront

A home page that leads with the flagship, an akcija strip, a shoppable 'flagship modeli' rail and a technology story — all in Serbian.

02
Product page

A focused PDP: gallery, star rating, RSD price with savings, instalment maths, trust row and a clean technical-spec table.

03
Checkout

A three-step checkout with contact, address and payment — cards, plaćanje na rate by bank, or pouzeće — plus a live order summary.

04
Localization

The invisible layer that makes it feel local: currency, banks, couriers, warranty, service and copy tuned for the .rs market.

03 · Localized to the last detail

The parts a reseller usually skips — designed in on purpose.

These are the touches that turn a translated page into a store that feels like it was built for the market. All illustrative, invented for the concept.

Currency
RSD pricing

Every price in dinars with a discreet euro equivalent — no mental currency conversion at the shelf.

Payments
Plaćanje na rate

Instalments up to 24 rate through local banks — Banca Intesa, OTP, NLB, Raiffeisen — with the monthly figure shown up front.

Delivery
Besplatna isporuka

Free courier delivery across Serbia in 24–48h, stated as a promise, not buried in the fine print.

Warranty
2 godine garancije

A clear two-year warranty and authorised service in Serbia — the trust signals a big purchase needs.

Language
Srpski, svuda

Interface, product copy, technical specs and legal — all written in Serbian, not machine-translated.

Reassurance
Local trust marks

VISA · Mastercard · DinaCard, 3-D Secure, SSL and PCI-DSS badges placed exactly where doubt appears.

04 · The storefront

Lead with the flagship, earn trust on the way down.

The home page opens on the hero product and its headline promise, then steps through a trust row, a shoppable akcija rail of flagship models, a dark 'technology' story and the payment-options plate — closing on a newsletter offer. It is paced like a landing page, not a catalogue dump.

−20%
letnja akcija

A seasonal-sale system threaded through the whole store, not a lone banner.

4
trust promises

Uvoznik, delivery, instalments, warranty — stated in a row under the hero.

3
payment paths

Cards, plaćanje na rate, or pouzeće — each explained in plain Serbian.

05 · The product page

Everything a considered purchase needs, nothing it doesn't.

The PDP frames the decision: a big product image with an akcija badge, rating and review count, the RSD price with an explicit 'ušteda' saving, the instalment figure, a four-point trust row, a set of highlight chips and a clean technical-spec table. One clear primary action — Dodaj u korpu.

06 · The checkout

A checkout that removes doubt at every step.

Three numbered steps — contact, address, payment — beside a live order summary that keeps the total, savings and instalment plan in view. The instalment path lets the shopper choose a bank and a number of rate, with the monthly amount recalculated inline. Security marks sit right beside the pay button.

07 · Palette

Roborock orange, over a warm, calm cream.

The concept runs on a vivid Roborock orange for every primary action, with the brand's signature red kept for the round logo mark. A near-black ink carries the dark 'technology' plates; a warm cream keeps the long shopping screens quiet, and the savings-green flags every discount at a glance.

08 · Type

A geometric display, a neutral workhorse beneath it.

Headlines are set in Sora — geometric, precise and a little technical, the right voice for a robotics brand. Body copy, spec tables and every interface label are Inter, so dense product data and checkout forms stay quick to read at small sizes.

Philosophy

Concepts are how we pitch without pitching.

This is one of the self-initiated concepts Creative Brackets designs to show how we think — the same way we treat our own products like ReadyCMS and fakturaPRO. It is deliberately unbriefed and unpaid: a real brand we admire, a real market we know, and the localized e-commerce experience we'd build if asked. No client, no affiliation, no endorsement — just the work.

In closing

A concept, start to finish.

Concept · not a real client

Roborock Srbija is a design study, not a deliverable — our answer to a brief we wrote ourselves. If you're a brand that wants a storefront localized this thoroughly for the region, this is the level we'd bring. (And to be completely clear one last time: not a real client, not affiliated with Roborock.)
