One SEO iteration. 77% more organic clicks in three months.

01 · The client

A product brand people search for by problem, not by name.

Panagro sells insecticides, rodenticides and plant-protection products in Serbia — Pancid, Pan Stop, Fiprontix and more, through their own eCommerce store.

In this category, almost nobody searches for a brand. They search for the problem: sredstvo protiv bubašvaba, sredstvo protiv krpelja za dvorište, insekticid za muve. Whoever answers those searches — with a product page that ranks, loads fast and carries real product data — wins the customer at the exact moment of intent.

For Panagro, organic search isn’t a marketing channel. It’s the shelf their customers walk past every day.

02 · The system

A ReadyCMS foundation, one iteration, and monthly care.

This result didn’t come from a year of link building. It came from a system: a technically clean ReadyCMS rebuild, a single focused SEO iteration on top of it, and proactive maintenance that keeps compounding.

2025 Foundation
Website redesign on ReadyCMS

Full redesign and rebuild on ReadyCMS — clean structure, fast pages, and an SEO-ready technical foundation from day one.

Early 2026 The iteration
One focused SEO iteration

A single structured pass: technical fixes, structured data, on-page optimisation and content targeting real problem searches.

Ongoing Compounding
Proactive monthly maintenance

Every month we review, maintain and improve the site — performance, content, feeds and search health — before issues appear.

03 · The challenge

A strong catalog that search engines couldn’t fully see.

After the redesign the store was fast and clean — but organic search was still an untapped channel. The demand was real; the site just wasn’t built out to capture it yet.

01
Demand existed — capture didn’t

Thousands of monthly problem-searches in Panagro’s category, but the site was collecting only ~45 organic clicks a week.

02
Google couldn’t read the catalog

Product pages carried no structured data — no product snippets, no breadcrumbs, no merchant listings eligibility.

03
No content for problem searches

Nothing on the site answered the informational, purchase-path questions that lead people to a product.

04 · What we changed

One structured iteration — not scattered fixes.

Because the ReadyCMS rebuild had already handled speed, rendering and clean markup, the SEO iteration could go straight to the work that moves rankings.

01
Technical SEO pass

Crawl hygiene, sitemaps and clean indexing so every important page is discoverable to Google.

02
Structured data everywhere

Product snippets, merchant listings and breadcrumbs implemented across the catalog — 0 invalid items.

03
On-page optimisation

Titles, descriptions and heading structure rewritten around real Serbian search language.

04
Content that answers problems

Guides targeting purchase-path questions — the cockroach guide alone now brings 1.65K clicks a quarter.

05
Category and tag architecture

Problem-based category and tag pages so „sredstva protiv bubašvaba“ has a page that deserves to rank.

06
Measured in Search Console

Every change tracked against clicks, coverage and enhancement reports — no guesswork.

The point
On a clean ReadyCMS foundation, one well-aimed SEO iteration is enough to change the trajectory — the platform does the technical heavy lifting, so the iteration goes straight to demand capture.
05 · The numbers

Growth that accelerates, on searches that convert.

Quarter over quarter and month over month, both clicks and impressions keep climbing — and nearly all of it is non-branded, purchase-intent search in Panagro’s home market.

!How to read this

The site starts from a modest post-redesign base, so early percentages run high — that’s normal. What matters is the shape: growth keeps accelerating six months in, instead of plateauing after an initial bump.

And the mix matters: 98% non-branded means these are new customers finding Panagro by problem — demand the brand did not previously reach.

06 · Search health

What a healthy store looks like in Search Console.

Rankings follow health. Every Search Console report for panagro.rs — indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, shopping eligibility — now runs clean and green.

08 · The outcome

A channel that now compounds on its own.

Six months after one SEO iteration, panagro.rs went from ~45 to ~1,700 organic clicks a week — 16.5K clicks and 339K impressions in the half-year, at an average position of 5.4. Because 98% of that traffic is non-branded, this is genuinely new demand reaching the store, not existing customers typing the brand name.

The trajectory is still pointing up — +31% clicks in the latest 28 days alone — and monthly proactive maintenance keeps every part of the system improving: search health, content, product data and performance. That’s the compounding advantage of building on a foundation that’s easy to iterate on.
