A few words from Marko
I am a developer. In 2014 I joined the company where Milos was leading a team, as a university intern, and he became my mentor. He is a designer, so between us we covered both sides of a digital project.
When that company closed, we took what we had learned, much of it from mistakes, and founded Creative Brackets in Gothenburg in 2015 as equal partners. The Serbian company, Creative Brackets DOO, followed in 2017.
Ownership is still 50:50 and we decide on company matters together. I am responsible for development and technology. I started my career as an intern who was given a chance, which is why we want Creative Brackets to give people a fair chance to prove themselves, and to be a company its clients can rely on.
Whatever happens, stay human first. And be fair to each other, because that matters most.
